NoTiesBuilder is launching soon. Every plan will be a single payment for the build, with no monthly fee to keep your site online, because NoTiesBuilder does not host it: your site lives on your own hosting, in your name.
How pricing will work
- One payment per site. You pay for the build, once. There is no subscription to us, before or after launch.
- Plans by size. Plans will be set by how many pages NoTiesBuilder builds, from a small landing site to a full website with a blog structure.
- A standard WordPress site. Theme, pages, menus and settings installed as they would be by hand, and deployed to your hosting.
- Revisions before launch. Every plan will include rounds of changes before the site is deployed.
- No limits after launch. The page count is only what NoTiesBuilder builds. Once the site is yours, you add pages and posts in WordPress, as many as you want, without paying anyone.
Prices will be published here when NoTiesBuilder opens. People on the waiting list hear first.
What you pay to others
Two things, and both are yours: hosting, paid to the hosting company you choose, and your domain, paid to your registrar. Neither goes through us, which is exactly why nobody can switch your site off but you.
For agencies
If you build sites for clients, there will be plans that cover several projects a year. Write to [email protected] to hear about them before launch.

Frequently asked questions
Will there be a free plan?
No. Every plan will be a one-time payment for a finished site. There will be no free tier and no trial that turns into a subscription. The one exception is our program for nonprofits.
Why no monthly fee?
Because NoTiesBuilder does not host your site. Once it is deployed, it runs on your own hosting and you pay that company directly.
When will prices be published?
When NoTiesBuilder opens. If you join the waiting list, we will write to you once when it does.
How much does hosting cost?
It depends on the provider and the plan. Mainstream shared hosting starts at a few dollars a month, and renewal prices are usually higher than the first term, so check both before you choose.
